Sylvia Hutchinson is a Training Group Analyst, currently working as a clinician in private practice and as a trainer and supervisor on the London and Turvey Qualifying Courses in Group Analysis. She has in the past worked in both NHS and University Health Services and is past Chair of EGATIN.
She will address the impact of socio-political forces, of increasing regulation and, in particular, of the internet and changing communication patterns, on authority and power relations in group analysis and the wider professional field.
The Lecture will be followed by lunch and a Large Group experience.
The day will continue at 3.15 p.m. with the Group Analysis North Annual General Meeting (all welcome)
